SHIPPING Information.

This is how we operate:

All orders received by 2:00 pm AEST are processed same day and we ship all available purchased products, the next business day. We may also able to process and Delivery ship orders on the same day they are received; however an Express handling fee of $ 15.00 on top of selected shipping charges will apply.

We offer Premium Shipping Services, Express Shipping Service and Free Sipping Australia wide to Capital Cities and regional areas. Very remote areas of Australia my encounter some shipping charge when products are purchased with Free Shipping, and extra shipping costs may apply but we will contact you for approval of the purchase BEFORE any charge is made to your credit card. International shipping charges will apply to all international orders.

All products shipped by Dr Willard`s are not covered by freight insurance, however freight insurance /protection is available to consumers at checkout point.

Return Policy:

Any item sent to you in error, will be replaced free of any charge including any return Delivery costs, as long as you notify Dr Willard Australia within 48 hours of receiving your order, and the product to be returned, is not tempered in any way.

For all other occurrences including changing the product ordered or changing your mind  we will replace the product  and / or issue a refund as long as the product was not used or tempered in any way, In this case, items must be returned within 10 days from date of pick up , and the following fees and charges will apply

• A 20% of the total cost of the product  as restocking fee

• Freight cost to return the item/s to sender( Dr Willard`s) address

• No exchange or refund is available for partly used products

Please be advised that you will be responsible that all items returned to Dr Willard`s are received by us in resalable condition, any item received damaged or tempred, we will not be replaced nor will any refund be issued.
